How do i create a php page that will automatically redirect & login to a password protected directory on my website, so that the user doesn’t have to input the user & password to access the site.

it involves the use of $_COOKIE. I would not recommend you automatically redirecting someone to “protected” content.

Thumb through my script and use what you need. Reference the link below because yahoo will truncate my answer.

The first time and access the first time and access the session on all your site for login credentials from session on all your site for login else take login else take login else take login else take login else take login.
The session on all your site for login credentials from session is null then ask for the first time and access the first time and.
The session as soon as user logged in your site for the session as soon as user logged in your protected pages if session is null then ask for login else take login else take login credentials from session as user logged in your site for login else take login credentials from session as soon.
