I work a simple tech support job for an ISP and am looking to get a more technical job. I’ve began studying for a CCNA and should get that soon.

My concern is that most of the good paying tech support jobs require Active Directory and Exchange experience on top of certifications like CCNA.

How difficult is it to learn Active Directory/LDAP and exchange compared to CCNA?
