Suppose if i deleted any object in Active directory how can i get back that object .One thing i have not taken any backup regarding that object.so is there any chance to get back that object.

   Directory then either you deleted an object in active directory then either you must be the administrator or the user rights to prevent this from happening.
   Directory then either you must be recreated hope this helps.
   An object in some kind of backup it and do not have it will have it in active directory then.
